What is Shop Local Acadiana?
Shop Local Acadiana is a community awareness program developed to educate Acadiana on the importance and benefits of shopping locally. It is an opportunity for locally owned businesses to come together and work as a team to keep Acadiana thriving. It is an opportunity for our community to come together and support our neighbors, our friends, our non-profits and our community.The local business owners that are members of Shop Local Acadiana have a deep appreciation for Acadiana. They support the activities, growth and diversity of our community. The goal of the Shop Local Acadiana Project is to encourage others to share in their mission by intern supporting & patronizing Acadiana businesses. By shopping locally, you can make a true difference for Acadiana and the people who call it home. By shopping locally, you make a big step to insuring the viablility, diversity, uniqueness and character of our community. You keep up to three times more money right here in Acadiana.
